Welcome to GPS Land Area Measure ("App", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by
GPS Land Area Measure Team ("Developer"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms")
govern your access to and use of the GPS Land Area Measure iOS mobile
application, its features, tools, algorithms, and exported content.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE
APP. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE APP, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU
DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE APPLICATION.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS & ELIGIBILITY

By downloading, installing, or accessing GPS Land Area Measure from the Apple
App Store, you represent and warrant that:
1. You have the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms under
applicable law.
2. If you are using the App on behalf of an entity, farm, organization, or
business, you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. You will comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws
and regulations when using the App.

2. CRITICAL DISCLAIMER: GEODESIC ESTIMATION & NON-CERTIFIED SURVEYING

IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
- NOT A CERTIFIED SURVEY: GPS Land Area Measure utilizes mathematical geodesic
algorithms (WGS84 ellipsoidal and spherical models), Apple MapKit satellite
imagery, and device GPS hardware sensors. THE APP DOES NOT PROVIDE A
CERTIFIED LAND SURVEY.
- NO LEGAL TITLE OR BOUNDARY AUTHORITY: Measurements, area calculations,
distances, perimeters, and coordinates generated by the App are intended
strictly for general estimation, agricultural planning, landscaping, sports
field layout, outdoor hobbyists, and informational reference purposes only.
- NO PROFESSIONAL RELIANCE: The App MUST NOT be relied upon for establishing
official property boundaries, legal deed filings, construction zoning permits,
property sale contracts, real estate conveyancing, boundary dispute
resolutions, or structural engineering.
- HARDWARE AND ENVIRONMENTAL VARIANCES: Accuracy of measurements depends
significantly on ambient GPS satellite visibility, atmospheric interference,
hardware sensor precision, map imagery resolution, and manual pin placement.
We do not guarantee mathematical precision or zero-error calculations.
- USER VERIFICATION: You are solely responsible for independently verifying all
measurements with a licensed, certified professional land surveyor before
undertaking financial investments, excavation, fence building, or land
acquisitions.

3. LICENSE GRANT & SCOPE OF USE

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Developer grants you a limited,
non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to
download, install, and use GPS Land Area Measure on Apple-branded iOS devices
that you own or control, strictly in accordance with these Terms and Apple's
Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Permitted Use:
- Measuring fields, plots, gardens, roofs, and properties for personal or
internal business estimation.
- Exporting survey reports in PDF, CSV, PNG, KML, and GeoJSON formats for
reference.
- Saving and cataloging measurement records in your local device database.
Prohibited Conduct:
You agree that you will not:
1. Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, decrypt, or attempt to derive the
source code or proprietary geodesic algorithms of the App.
2. Modify, adapt, translate, enhance, or create derivative works based on the App.
3. Circumvent, disable, or tamper with security features, in-app purchase
verifications, or subscription entitlement checks.
4. Use the App in any manner that violates any applicable law, regulation, or
property trespass statute.
5. Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, distribute, or make the App available
over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time
without proper Apple Family Sharing authorization.

4. IN-APP PURCHASES & SUBSCRIPTIONS

GPS Land Area Measure may offer premium features, unlimited high-resolution
exports, ad-free access, and advanced geodesic tools via auto-renewable
subscriptions or one-time purchases ("In-App Purchases").
A. Billing & Payment Processing:
- All In-App Purchases and Subscriptions are processed directly and securely
through Apple's App Store payment platform using your Apple ID account.
- Prices are displayed in your local currency within the App prior to purchase.
Prices may vary by country and are subject to change.
B. Auto-Renewable Subscription Terms:
- Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle
(e.g., weekly, monthly, or annually) unless auto-renew is turned off at least
24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Account Charging: Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within
24 hours prior to the expiration of the active subscription period at the rate
established for your plan.
- Managing and Canceling Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your
auto-renewing subscriptions at any time via your iOS device:
Settings > [Your Apple ID Name] > Subscriptions > GPS Land Area Measure >
Cancel Subscription.
- Free Trials: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial
period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
C. Refunds & Restorations:
- Refund Policy: All transactions are handled directly by Apple. Developer has
no direct access to billing records or payment credentials. To request a
refund, visit Apple's official refund portal at https://reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Restoring Purchases: You can restore your previously purchased entitlements
at any time by tapping the "Restore Purchases" button in the App's Settings
or Paywall screen.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All rights, titles, and interests in and to GPS Land Area Measure - including
without limitation the source code, user interface designs, visual layouts,
icons, mathematical computation logic, branding, and text - are and remain the
exclusive property of GPS Land Area Measure Team and its licensors.
Your survey data and exported files belong to you. We claim no ownership over
the specific boundary points, custom project notes, or coordinate files you
generate on your device.

6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND CONTENT

The App integrates with third-party technologies:
- Apple MapKit: Map imagery and satellite tiles are provided by Apple Inc. and
are subject to Apple's Terms of Service.
- Google AdMob: Third-party advertisements may be served on free versions of
the App in accordance with Google's Advertising Policies.
- RevenueCat: Subscription infrastructure and entitlement management.
We are not responsible for any third-party content, server availability, map
imagery inaccuracies, or external websites linked within the App.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
- THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITH ALL FAULTS
AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
- DEVELOPER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED,
STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY OF GPS OR
MAP DATA, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
- DEVELOPER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, ACHIEVE
ANY INTENDED RESULTS, BE ACCURATE OR ERROR-FREE, OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION,
OR BE SECURE FROM ALL THREATS.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
- IN NO EVENT SHALL DEVELOPER, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR
AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL,
PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION,
DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, PROPERTY BOUNDARY DISPUTES, CONTRACTUAL LOSSES,
EXCAVATION MISTAKES, RE-SURVEYING FEES, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION)
ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP,
WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE,
OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
- IN NO EVENT SHALL DEVELOPER'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS
EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU (IF ANY) FOR PURCHASING THE APP OR
ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTION IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT
GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR TEN U.S. DOLLARS ($10.00 USD), WHICHEVER IS
GREATER.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Developer, its affiliates,
and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against
any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt,
and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
1. Your use of and access to the App;
2. Your violation of any provision of these Terms;
3. Any boundary dispute, financial decision, or property construction undertaken
in reliance on the App's calculations;
4. Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any
intellectual property, privacy, or property boundary right.

10. MODIFICATIONS AND TERMINATION

We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the App (or
any part thereof) at any time with or without notice.
These Terms are effective until terminated by you or Developer. You may
terminate these Terms at any time by deleting the App and all copies from your
devices. Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically without
notice if you fail to comply with any provision of these Terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
the jurisdiction in which the Developer resides, without giving effect to any
principles of conflicts of law. Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim
arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
